JD is an accomplished American singer-songwriter and screen actor, as well as a multi instrumentalist performer. He is a well-known country rock star, a prolific writer and co-writer of hit songs for other artists -- most famously Linda Ronstadt and association of the Eagles band -- and, oddly, as he got his start in LA he lived upstairs from Jackson Browne, now a longtime collaborator. Having released his first music in 30 years in 2008, Souther is back it again with the anticipated upcoming album, Natural History. Joined by the lovely Jill Andrews for this summer tour, it is sure to be an unforgettable night of music.
