This year, the JC community will be celebrating the 33rd Annual JC Community Picnic on Thursday July 1.
It promises to be another great day in the great outdoors. New this year will be complimentary face-painting for the children. The games, races and relays for young and young-at-heart will be back, along with a rousing afternoon of BINGO. For the anglers, the ponds have been stocked with trout in preparation for the Fishing Derby. Worms will be supplied compliments of Glenn Shimoda.
DundeeWealth and Marty Kobayashi will again be the Platinum Sponsor, making the park fee and picnic fee FREE for ALL. There will be a gift for the first 250 cars, so come early and make a day of it. The picnic is open to everyone in the community, including your friends. So why not talk to your relatives, family and friends, and plan to meet up at Caledon Place and make it a family affair?
Caledon Place is on the west side of Hwy 10, 2 km north of Caledon Village (Hwy 24), and about 6 km south of Orangeville (Hwy 9). Look for the Picnic signs and banner, and we’ll see you on July 1!
