Learn how to shape and create your very own song through the jazz and classical "game" concepts of 'Jazz Jym.' Children develop rhythm and movement performance skills while participating in jazz, classical and poetry exercises. The games focus on developing each student's unique individual style. All those participating will craft their very own short song. Instructor and creator of 'Jazz Jym,' Denise La Grassa, provides a unique opportunity for children to interact with musical forms and experiment with songwriting.
