Chestnut Hill College Music Department will host the Jazz Trio “Groovin East” on Monday, September 27, 2010 at 7 p.m. East Parlor, St. Joseph Hall.
Groovin’ East consists of three talented musicians that have linked a variety of jazz styles together to complete a unique sound. The group consists of lead guitarist and Chestnut Hill College music faculty member Chris Kuczynski, organist Gary Staples and percussionist Tom Pilyar. Each member brings over a decade of experience in their respective instrument, bringing not only talent but technique to the table.
