Oakland - San Francisco – Lifemark Group Arts presents “Jazz at the Chimes” with guitarist Terrence Brewer. Brewer has been captivating Bay Area audiences with his creative compositions and lyrical guitar playing. Heralded as “the Bay Area’s newest rising star” (-Lisa Chan, CBS 5), Brewer will perform music from his latest CD’s, The Calling: Vol 1 and Vol 2. Joining Brewer is Eric Drake on tenor saxophone, Ben Stolorow on piano, Ravi Abcarian on bass and Greg German on drums. A “meet and greet” reception will follow the concert.
“Jazz at the Chimes” is a monthly series that features local talent. Chapel of the Chimes – a designated City of Oakland Landmark - provides a wonderful visual and acoustic venue for live music in a concert setting like no other in the Bay Area.
