Descending onto Dalston is underground Newcastle night Jaunt> with their open minded approach to the musical spectrum sees them serve up an eclectic mix of grooving house, techno, disco and deeper beats, that ceaselessly create a party vibe never failing to get their faithful crowd raving until the early hours.

California-born and Taiwan-raised DJ and producer Daniel Wang relocated to Berlin in 2003. Wang made a name for himself in the mid '90s Chicago house scene with a series of playful, funky, sample-delic 12-inches on his own Balihu label, compiled on 1998's I Was a Disco Malcontent: The Best of Balihu Records. His music strongly echoes Italo Disco from the 1970s and 80s, but he is not hesitant to add modern touches.
