Jason Teborek Quartet January 16, 2011

Originally from Portland, Oregon, Jason Teborek began taking piano lessons at the age of six. By the time he turned fourteen, he had won a national music composition contest sponsored by Yamaha, and was twice flown to Japan to perform his composition. After high school, where he received numerous soloist awards at jazz festivals, Teborek continued his studies at the University of Oregon. After graduating from the University of Oregon, Teborek moved to the New York City area to launch his musical career in 1998. Since then, he has been in high demand as an accomplished and versatile pianist.
