Join us for a premiere screening of the first hour of the new Masterpiece Classic adaptation of Jane Austens Emma, considered by many to have the most perfect of Austens blissfully romantic plots. The screening will be followed by a panel discussion with Elisabeth Lenckos of the University of Chicago Graham School and Jonathan Gross of DePaul Universitys Humanities Center.This program is co-sponsored by the Chicago Public Library, The Great Books Foundation, WTTW11 and Masterpiece.Location: Cindy Pritzker Auditorium
