New York City, New York 10011

In-the-know Atlanta foodies flock to the nearby suburb of Woodstock to feast at Vingcenzo’s – but lucky for New Yorkers, chef Michael Bologna will be saving us the trip by hosting a dinner at The James Beard House on December 1st, Handcrafted Neopolitan. Manhattanites will finally be fortunate enough to taste Bologna’s renowned ingredient-driven Southern Italian food paired with proseccos and fine wines – for what promises to be a truly deliciozo evening!
A sampling of the dishes include: Asiago-Crusted Baby Artichokes with House-Cured White Anchovies; Burrata with Preserved Tomatoes, Basil, and Arugala; Braised Pork Shoulder and Crispy Pork Belly with Creamy Polenta and Glazed Cipollini Compote; Signature Dessert: Mozzarella di Bufala with Chocolate Mirror Glaze and Chestnut, Honey and Balsamic Strawberries.
This special event is just one of more than 200 dinners open to the public that take place throughout the year. Reservations may be made on the event’s website, or via telephone at 212.627.2308.
