Jamboree and HOMES, Inc. 13th Annual Winemaker Dinner & Magnums for Mental Health Auction September 29, 2012

Enjoy an evening full of spectacular food and wine for a great cause with a five-course menu and wine pairing showcasing wines of the Hahn Estate at the world-class Bistango Restaurant created specially for the evening by Culinary Expert Chef Javier Montoya of Bistango and Hahn Estate (hahnwinery.com) Chef Brian Overhauser. The spirited evening features a silent auction – including magnums of fine wine such a 2007 John Duval Plexas Shiraz Grenache Mouvadre and a 2007 D’Arenberg Laughing Magpie Shiraz Viognier, a Hahn Family ATV Adventure winery tour and gourmet picnic for four, artwork created by residents and other unique packages. Proceeds will help fund a variety of programs that promote healthy living for residents, including such activities as an annual four-day mountain respite camp experience, equine therapy, a Celebration Recovery Picnic, a statewide family health and fitness Jam!Boree Day and ongoing life skill training programs.

The HOMES resident services group of Jamboree Housing Corporation, a leading nonprofit affordable housing developer, provides permanent supportive housing and services for Orange County’s formerly homeless and those living with mental illness.
