Tickets are required for entrance to the Jay Pritzker Pavilion for this concert.

Box Office:

All tickets purchased on ticketmaster.com will be sent out in advance. Tickets can be purchased without additional fees at the Vic Theatre Box Office located at 3145 N Sheffield in Chicago. Hours of operation are: Monday - Friday 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM, Saturday 10 AM - 4 PM, Sunday Closed.

Admission Policies:

Doors open approximately one hour prior to show time We strongly urge all guests to enter the venue as early as possible to avoid delays. All guests entering the venue are subject to a search. Exit/Re-entry into Jay Pritzker Pavilion is not permitted. Everyone needs a ticket to this event. However, children ages 2 and under will be permitted entry into the great lawn without a ticket when in the company of an adult holding a lawn ticket. No strollers will be allowed.

The following items are permitted into Jay Pritzker Pavilion:
