Jam Demonstration with Sherri Brooks Vinton October 1, 2011

Concurrent with our Annual Jam Contest, we're hosting a jam-making demonstration and book signing with author Sherri Brooks Vinton. An expert on “slow food” and home preserving, she will be cooking up a batch of jam, answering questions and sharing tips on putting up your harvest.
