Jack Rose Dining Saloon Inauguration Luau + Tiki Pig Roast January 21, 2013

On Inauguration Day, January 21st, Jack Rose is paying homage to President Obama's hometown with a Tiki Pig Roast Luau + Kona Brewery Tap Takeover. Starting at 6 p.m., the popular heated rooftop deck will transform into a Hawaiian Luau complete with hula dancers, grass skirts, leis and SPAM. The outdoor Tiki Bar will serve boozy rum tiki cocktails out of fresh pineapples and coconuts while Hawaii's Kona Brewing Co. will take over the beer taps and raffle off big-item raffle prizes. Fresh, juicy pigs will be roasted on the rooftop's wood-burning grill and chef will serve other luau-themed bites like SPAM Sliders.

And for those who are looking to watch the Inauguration ceremony, Jack Rose will open at 11 a.m. and offer its bar menu all day until the Luau while airing the ceremony.
