J-Rock Invades Detroit at the Corktown Tavern September 27, 2012

Static presents a special weeknight show on Thursday, September 27th at 9pm the Corktown Tavern. Japanese female power trio THE AKABANE VULGARS ON STRONG BYPASS will invade Detroit with special guests, Detroit's own WHITE SHAG and THE LUCKOUTS joining the show.

Sharing the bill will be the edgy local femme-fronted trio White Shag, who just released their debut 4-song EP in September and the punk meets glam rockers The Luckouts.
