VSA arts presents the world premiere of “Izzy Icarus Fell Off the World” at 7:30 p.m. on Sept. 27 at the Kennedy Center’s Family Theater, 2700 F St., NW. A sampling of poetry from other VSA arts youth literary programs will be read preceding the play. For ages 9 & up. Tickets are $15.00.
