It's Beaujolais Wine Tasting Day around the World! November 18, 2010

Beaujolais Nouveau has arrived! Stop in this Thursday at Dudley's Wine & Gifts for a fun Beaujolais Day WINE TASTING! They'll have other wines too (which we'll get to in a moment) but the star for Thursday is Nouveau! Every year on the third Thursday of November, Beaujolais Nouveau is released to vintners like Dudley's ALL OVER THE WORLD! AT THE SAME TIME! Beaujolais is a light red wine, with hints of strawberries, rasberries and especially cranberries and its famous hint of bananas! We'll sample the brand new vintage and first wine of the 2010 harvest, and then, compare it to Brouilly, one of the famous 10 Great Cru Beaujolais! This is the most perfect wine for Thanksgiving dinner, as it pairs with nearly anything, but ESPECIALLY TURKEY WITH CRANBERRY SAUCE! We'll also taste Chardonnay, Cabs and more, picked especially for your Thanksgiving Day feast! If you've never been to a Beaujolais Day Tasting Party, Here is your chance to say: "I've done that!"
