ITIL Foundations v2-v3 Bridge May 17, 2010

This course is focused on updates to ITIL contained in the refresh and release of the 5 book Version 3 set, including the new Service Lifecycle approach to implementation. Session will focus on new information and concepts contained in the refresh. Additional processes, functions and relationships will be reviewed while adding to your working set of common terminology.

You will learn new processes and refined practice to deliver, measure, and improve IT services along with a comprehensive look at concepts and terminology necessary for Foundation level understanding of ITIL V3.
