Italy's Constitutional Court August 9, 2006

Maurizio Nevola, Italys Constitutional Court Councilor, will give a talk on the role and responsibilities of the Court, which is analogous to the United States Supreme Court. He will be introduced by Roberto Falaschi, Consul General of Italy.
The lecture will be of special interest to those who practice, teach or study the law, but will also be of interest to other people with an interest in the sociological, cultural and legal issues involved in any country's system of constitutional guarantees.
The talk will be in English.
