July 4, 2009

Greetings:

Would you consider joining our distinguished group of panelist who will speak to approximately 75 young guests from the Cody Road Boys & Girls Club in Mobile. The above organizations will bond under one umbrella on Wednesday, July 8th 2009 standing on the African principle that “Its takes a village” to raise a child.

This is not merely a request to deliver a speech but to invest an hour or so of your time to hear the questions and concerns of the young people in our county. We will select 10 young representatives from the Boys and Girls Club and allow them an opportunity to ask questions of the panel. After each question, a youth team will “act” out a 3 – 5 minute skit to reflect the question and answer.

The event will be held at Franklin Street Baptist Church, 2113 St. Stephens Road, Mobile, Al, 36617 from 9:00am – 4:00pm. The panel discussion will begin at 2:00pm. If you accept our invitation, please plan to be at the church at 1:30 so that you may be seated, enjoy light refreshments and meet & greet the attendees. You may spend the day with us if you like as we have a full day of Performing Arts, French lessons, Modeling & Fashion Design, Youth Mentorship, Dance Presentations, African Music, Praise Dances, Fun, Food, Games & more.

You may RSVP to Diane Cameron at 678 464 3005 or via email usaartistobenin@aol.com. We would like to purchase gift certificates to help families with school supplies, book bags or a back to school outfit. If you would like to participate in this effort you may bring a prepaid gift card from Wal-Mart or Target, etc or give a tax deductible donation to Its All An Act2, Inc., to help purchase the back to school items.

Remember through our combined mentoring efforts we are impacting the next generation for whom it still “takes a village”.

Sincerely,

Diane Cameron
