The cultural mosaic of Israel comes to life with the music of Eastern European, Balkan, Gypsy, Sephardic and Yemenite melodies. The five members of the Israeli Ethnic Ensemble are active, leading figures at the heart of the Israeli music industry. Each musician hails from his/her own distinctive cultural and ethnic background. Playing together, their combined music is full of rich melodies, impassioned singing, and countless surprises.
