The absolute undisputed kings of heavy metal, Iron Maiden, will return to Australia for the first time in 15 years in February, '08.

The band, fronted by Bruce "Air Raid Siren" Dickinson will fly out in a customised Boeing 757 which will carry 60 crew and the band's entire stage show and will be flown by Dickinson himself.

Maiden are notoriously loyal to their fans and their live show delivers all of their classics. Anyone who has been in a Maiden audience will attest to their power, with Dickinson's almost hypnotic energy making to genuinely excited even to hear new songs!

With classic albums like 'Powerslave', 'The Number Of The Beast' and 'Fear Of The Dark', these aging legends could not disappoint if they tried.

Tickets for the momentous occasion go on sale at 9am, Thursday, September 27, unless you're a member of the Iron Maiden fan club, then you can buy tickets from midday, Thursday September 20 to midday Monday the 24th.
