Sheriff Michael Hennessey will be guest speaker at the annual St. Patrick's Banquet sponsored by the Irish Literary & Historical Society. He will talk about the history of the early days in San Francisco and sheriffs of that time who were of Irish heritage, as well as reflecting on some of the unusual events that have taken place during his own career in office.
Michael Hennessey has been Sheriff of San Francisco for twenty-nine years. He is serving his eighth term in office and is the longest serving Sheriff in the history of San Francisco.Musical entertainment by Will Connolly and friends.
