Day long family celebration of historic Murphys and its Irish heritage. 8-11 a.m.: Pancake Breakfast, Congregational Church. 10 a.m. ��" 5 p.m.: Festivities will include live entertainment, arts and craft vendors, pony rides, and a wide variety of foods and beverages, and a raffle with a trip to Ireland as grand prize. At 11 a.m. a parade featuring bagpipes, bands, marching groups, animals, classic cars and a ten-foot-tall Scotsman will make its way down Main Street. Irish Days is presented each year by the Murphys Business Association. There is no admission charge. Information: 728-8471.
