Iredell Health System Offers Community Health Screenings March 12, 2010

Iredell Health System's Community Wellness Department will be providing community health screenings on Friday, March 12, 2009 from 7:30am-9:00am .Screenings include cholesterol screenings, blood glucose checks, and stroke risk assessments.

Blood glucose checks and stroke risks assessments are free, however, there is a $10 fee for a complete cholesterol screening and fasting is required.
