Ipsich River Day Camp: Naturalists Winged Wonders July 11, 2011

Have you ever wondered what it takes to fly? Armed with binoculars and sweep nets, campers will search the sanctuary for owls, great-blue herons, butterflies, dragonflies, and more gravity-defying animals in an attempt to unlock the secrets of flight. We'll work on daily craft projects and make a homemade hummingbird bird-feeder. The week will be highlighted with an afternoon visit from Native American storyteller Pat Bade and a live owl.
