The Inter-Pacific Bar Association ("IPBA") 2010 Conference will be held in Singapore from May 2 to 5. The conference theme is “Climate Change and Legal Practice”. Through many discussions the conference seek to highlight the implication and impact of this serious global challenge on the legal field and profession. Conference highlights will include a keynote speech by Former U.S. Vice President Al Gore his latest topic “Thinking Green: Economic Strategy for the 21st Century".
