The time has come once again to gather in a cozy basement bar and enjoy some quality brews and cuisine.
That’s right, it’s the Ipanema Beer Dinner! It’s all going down on Sunday, January 17 at 6pm. The format is the same as last year: five beers perfectly paired with five delicious courses — all for just $45 a ticket.
Ticket price includes cost of admission, drinks, and food. 21 and older only.
First course
Dish: Pumpernickel Soft Pretzel, smoked sea salt, horseradish mustard with pickled vegetables
Beer: Founders Centennial IPA
Second course
Dish: Arancini (Risotto Fritters)
Beer: Avery Ellies Brown Ale
Third course
Dish: Roasted Chestnut Soup
Beer: Straffe Hendrik Bruges Tripel
Fourth course
Dish: Seitan Au Poivre with sauteed Oyster Mushrooms over Homemade Spinach Pappardelle Pasta
Beer: Speakeasy Untouchable Pale Ale
Fifth course
Dish: Cashew Crusted Mocha Torte with Honey Pear Giner Ice cream
Beer: Stone Imperial Stout.
