Acclaimed by the international press, iPalpiti was founded by Eduard Schmieder in Dallas, Texas in 1991. Since then it has grown to an ensemble of international recognition, establishing a summer residency in Beverly Hills, California in 1999. Under the direction of Maestro Eduard Schmieder, the string orchestra iPalpiti (ee-PAHL-pit-ee, Italian for "heartbeat") draws its members from prize-winning musicians of international competitions. iPalpiti has played to acclaim in leading concert halls throughout the world.
