The practice of sitting Meditation is a natural means to steady the mind, unwind the body, and unburden the heart. For veterans, meditation is an effective way to "unfreeze" and let go after deployment. For active duty troops, meditation is great practice to help you bring your absolute best to everything you do. In this free workshop, master teacher Harshada Wagner will teach simple and powerful techniques to help participants to unwind, de-stress, and connect to their deep inner power.
