Tim Smith is the CEO/Founder of the all-new Investway, a Dallas-based real estate investment services company that provides investors an opportunity to learn, earn, and return to the community.

In the last decade, Tim has been heavily involved in creating a new standard of profitability, efficiency, and competency in the real estate industry. Several of his most recent "pet projects" include the all-new DealDigger, a source for MLS data and comps; OfferWizard, a new online real estate offer management system available for DealDigger customers; and Investway Foreclosures, a data resource for pre- and post-foreclosure property.

Tim has regularly taught classes to the real estate industry, with highlights to include Robert Kiyosoki's Rich Dad Seminars, and Inman Conferences in San Francisco, where his brokerage, MyCastle Realty, was nominated for an Innovator Award in 2003.

Tim landed in the real estate business as an intern with Marcus and Millichap. He was then hired on at a private real estate investment company, where he acquired and managed commercial, investment and residential properties.

Tim earned a BA in Economics and minored in Business Management at Brigham Young University, where he won a business plan competition and presided over the BYU entrepreneur's club, one of the top 10 entrepreneurial programs in the nation. Tim has also been the founder of several start-ups, including 1-800-PHARMACY, Lots-O-Links, and Sunstone Communities.

In his spare time (as if he had some), Tim plays on an indoor soccer league, enjoys running long-distances, volunteers as a financial clerk at his church, and spends time with his wife and four children.
