This session gives you to the principles of inventory management and useful decision making models you can apply to better manage inventory in your organization. Highlighting the distinction between independent demand inventory and dependent demand inventory (MRP – Material Requirements Planning) will further equip you with useful methods for better controlling inventories in your area.

The practice of supply chain management has been widely adopted in recent years due to the benefits it provides to companies like yours and it allows you to mitigate problems that commonly accompany an integrated supply chain.
