Vipassana or insight meditation is based on a 2500-year-old Buddhist teaching to help us to see more deeply and clearly into our lives. With insight, we develop ways of living more peacefully, compassionately, and wisely.
The basic instructions in insight meditation will be given sequentially, starting with mindfulness of breathing, followed by mindfulness of the body, emotions, thoughts, mind, and mindfulness in daily life and on retreats.
No pre-registration necessary and all classes are free.
