This class is for those interested in learning about and experiencing the practice of Zen Buddhism. During this class we will investigate the traditional forms of Zen practice, learn basic meditation, and discuss how to maintain Zen practice at home and at work.
Our intention is that participants will leave with sufficient knowledge of Zen forms to be comfortable entering and practicing in a traditional Zen meditation hall.
A delicious vegan/vegetarian lunch will be provided.
