join us for a four hour workshop that explores the underpinnings of the ancient practice of yoga nidra, "yogic sleep".
in this workshop, we'll practice yoga nidra together and then explore the teaching methods that underlie this deeply restorative and rejuvenative practice. yoga nidra is an effective antidote to the speed with which we live life. by activating the relaxation response, overtaxed parts of the body and mind can be restored. it is said that 40 minutes of yoga nidra provides the equivalent of 2-8 hours of restful sleep!! come rest, relax, restore and learn!
