The way-seeking mind finds wonders in the kitchen: garlic juice on the cutting board, the shimmer on the surface of hot oil, a good knife biting into an onion, sesame seeds dancing as they toast in the pan. Throughout, our guide will be Zen Master Dogen (From the Zen Kitchen to Enlightenment, available at the Temple bookstore, or at any other local independent bookshop). There will be 4 sessions on consecutive Saturdays, April 10, 17, and 24, and May 1.
