Introduction to the Enneagram October 20, 2009

This class provides a framework for taking an honest look at yourself. Do you ever wonder why you behave the way you do? Would you like to know how to improve relationships with friends and family? Are you interested in personal growth? The Enneagram is a sophisticated system of knowledge with roots in ancient teachings and modern psychology. Connie Frecker, Co-director of the Enneagram Institute of Central Ohio and Certified Life Coach, has been studying the Enneagram since 1990. In this overview you are introduced to your underlying motivations, strengths, fears and defense mechanisms. A pre-class assignment is mailed one week prior to the class.
