The classes are intended for people who are living and working in today’s world. It's for people who seek to find more peace within themselves and integrate that peace into their everyday lives. Meditation can be for anyone: students, people taking care of children, those working 8-to-6 in corporate America, and those who have always been curious in meditation but who never seem to have found the time to learn about it.
Classes are open to all levels of practicioner; we welcome beginners and the experienced alike. If you're interested in trying meditation for the first time or in learning a new technique to expand your existing practice, we would love to see you.
Classes do not revolve around or advocate any specific religious practices.
Participants are welcome and encouraged to attend weekly to help establish their practice.
