Introduction to Green Energy June 10, 2007

The Introduction to Green Energy workshop introduces the key concepts of solar, wind and earth energy collection systems. The workshop provides an overview of solar, wind and earth energy systems and their strengths and weaknesses.

The solar technologies that will be covered include: Introduction to Solar Electric Energy, Introduction to Solar Domestic Hot Water, Introduction to Earth Energy and Introduction to Wind Energy. Technologies for both on- and off-grid applications and the different forms of grid-tie metering will also be discussed. Resources for further investigation will be provided.
