* Comprising gentle stretching and self-massage, the Dao Yin exercises are a wonderful way to start and end the day.
* Suitable for all health levels, the Dao Yin gently encourages movement of the joints and muscles.
* The self-massage encourages the flow, distribution and balancing of Qi throughout the body.
* Excellent for general health and well being and to help remediate many chronic ailments.
* In this workshop we will cover sitting, laying and standing exercises and conclude the session with a guided Body Scanning Therapeutic Meditation.
