Introduction to Buddhism and Meditation: Peacemakers Way of Life
This series offers an experience of the meditations and insights of the Buddhist path of compassion.
*We will deepen our ability to work with painful emotions and moods,
*And learn to turn around negative patterns of thinking that make our world seem small.
*We will realize that optimism and enhancing our sense of connectedness to others is the way of realism and strength.
*Compassion is not a mood, but a way of training our mind to rely on inner peace in the face of all the frustrations and anxieties we experience daily.
The classes meet Wednesday evenings from 7pm-9pm
