This is a great series if you are even just thinking of taking up ballroom dancing or needing a refresher course.
The term ballroom dancing refers to a set of partnered dance routines that can be practiced for entertainment, personal enjoyment or even competitive reasons. The waltz, foxtrot, tango, cha-cha and most variations of swing dance are all considered ballroom, and recent years have seen a sharp growth in popularity. Most ballroom dances are more than a collection of well-orchestrated steps between partners. Posture, body frame, syncopation, speed, connection, and even attire play a role in the dances for men and women.
In this 4 week session we will be covering a different dance each week.
