Get ready to swing, snatch, and lift at ‘Intro to KettleBells’. The originally Russian workout combines strength, cardio, and flexibility training to exercise many muscles at once. Don’t fret if you’ve never lifted a KettleBell - a personal trainer from Try Me Fitness will be leading the class and pacing the workout.
Who can Attend:
Women or men who are 21 to 39 years old may participate.
This will be a private event just for NJYP.
Member Cost:
$15 for the first 10 to register
$20 for everyone else
