Workshop Overview
The ITIL® Staff Overview workshop is a brief, foundational overview of key concepts, benefits and terminology of the ITIL® framework and IT Service Management philosophy. Designed for tactical and operational IT personnel and mid-level managers, our discussions will focus on professionals who need a general awareness of ITIL® to help understand the benefits it provides as well as the practical steps necessary to implement successfully. Includes both presentation and interactive dialog is used to ensure attendees have the opportunity to discuss their particular business situation. Intended as a preliminary to further study, a view into the world of IT Service Management, or basic ideas on how to get the promised Return On Investment from an ITIL® implementation. The Adapt and Adopt discussion will apply Service Lifecycle principles to your specific areas of need or interest, regardless of organizational size or current expertise. Time is included in each session for discussion with our highly qualified implementers regarding specific areas of focus, concerns or perceptions, and next steps.
