Discover a martial art from the land of the Amazon! Join us for a Brazilian Capoeira workshop at the Afro Brazilian Cultural Center. Never attempted, let alone heard, of Capoeira? Don’t worry- there’ll be an explanation plus a demonstration before we work up a sweat. After you twirl, flip, and kick around the center, we’ll head to Health, Love, & Soul for juice and a healthy snack.

Who can Attend:
This will be a beginners class.
Women or men who are 21 to 39 years old may participate.
This will be a private event just for our organization.

What to bring:
Please dress in athletic clothing, including sneakers.
Bring a towel and a bottle of water.

Member Cost:
$15 for the first 20 to register
$20 for everyone else

Non-Member Cost:
$25
