5 General Recertification Credits
A good interview process should be a fact-finding mission - not a game or a stress test. At the heart of this mission lies a well-organized agenda that enables you to make the best hiring decisions. Design an iron-clad structure and discover tools for preparing and organizing interviews that not only determine fit, but also promote goodwill. You'll learn how to conduct thorough and legal interviews, and:
*Define the job requirements to find the right fit
*Identify the issues not to ask about due to legal reasons
*Outline the three best types of questions and how to ask them effectively
*Write substantive and objective candidate evaluations
