Intersections: the Grand Concourse at 100 June 20, 2009

The Bronx Museum of the Arts examines the past, present and future of the Grand Concourse in 'Intersections', a year-long, three-part centennial celebration. 'The Grand Concourse at 100' features works of art, architectural drawings, prints, photographs and ephemera examine the impact of the Grand Concourse, whose completion gave rise to prosperous shopping and housing districts and the settlement of upwardly mobile immigrant families.
