Change Management Skills: Core Competencies for International Marketers?
When we open a new market, launch our products in other markets or, sometimes, even conduct market research abroad, we are catalyzing Change. In a vibrant conversation, based on expert presentations and case studies, we'll explore:
* What is Change Management/facilitation and why does it matter to international marketers? What are the various components of a Change scenario (beyond Communications) and why should marketers care?
* How do CM basics alter when extending to international markets? Which components are essential to retain for success no matter what (core competencies) and which skills and/or approaches are likely to impact or be impacted by multicultural/overseas influences?
* What other lessons can we learn from the field? Can we create some new ones of our own?
Relevant to all marketers, we invite you to learn from the pros and engage in a lively conversation about increased marketing effectiveness by embracing a Change Agent's mindset and skills. Join us!
