International Jugglers Association Festival July 17, 2006

The OCC is a spectacular festival site. Located on the banks of the Willamette river in downtown Portland, the building itself is an award-winning architectural wonder. Home to a $2 million public art collection, the center's massive windows and skylights bathe the soaring lobbies with natural light.
