Intention Setting Workshop January 5, 2013

Two Part Workshop with Kristen Huffman:
- 5:30-6:45pm = Yoga Booty Ballet Dance Party. Release the old and make room for the new! Warm your body and open your heart for the important work to follow.
- 6:45-8:00pm = Fundamentals of Intention Setting and New Years Vision Board Workshop. Learn the tools of effective intention setting and learn to create space for your highest and best to unfold. Please bring writing materials and blank paper/corkboard/frameable material.
This 2.5 hour intensive can be taken separately for $25/part or together for $40.
