The Institute for Executive Director Leadership is a place for nonprofit executives to learn and grow with an impressive support system of peers, executive coaches, and community and educational leaders.

You have passion and vision as a leader. This, after all, is what makes your work so meaningful and life-altering. Yet you know that passion and vision only get you and your organization so far.
Participants of this 10-month cohort program gain:
• Leadership development through a personal leadership inventory and researched leadership theory and practice.
